Operations reporting for home service companies

Operations reporting

A daily operations report for home service companies.

Each night, Wilfred reviews the data from the systems you connect, such as your field service software and CRM. Each morning, on the schedule you set, you receive a plain-English summary of the previous day along with a note on anything outside the normal pattern.

One System begins with a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required.

FAQ

“Does Wilfred ever write to my system?”

No. Access is read only, and your software remains the source of truth for every job and invoice.

Principles

Format

The report is a standard email, so there is no new software to learn and nothing to install.

Access

Wilfred has read-only access. He reports what happened and never writes to your systems or contacts your customers.

Baseline

Every figure is compared with your own recent history, so an exception reflects your business rather than an industry average.
