| Trial | The 30-day free trial on One System needs no card to start. A card is asked for only when you decide to keep going. |

| Billing | Each plan is one flat price for the whole team, billed monthly or annually, and billed annually it costs 20 percent less. There is no setup fee and no charge per integration. |
| Cancellation | You can cancel or switch plans at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated, and a downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. If the trial ends without a subscription, reports stop and nothing is charged. |
| Data | Access to your systems is read only, through encrypted API keys and never a password. Nothing is written back to your software. |
