Setup
What is The Worksite Daily?
The Worksite Daily is an operations auditing and reporting service for home-service businesses. It connects to the software you already use, pulls your operational data, and turns it into dashboards, weekly audits and KPI scores, so you can see which parts of the operation are on target and which are falling short.
Which platforms does The Worksite Daily connect to?
The Worksite Daily connects to field service software (FieldRoutes and others), CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Pipedrive), phone and call-tracking systems (RingCentral and CallRail), and fleet tracking (Samsara). The Integrations page shows exactly what is pulled from each one and marks which connections are live today and which are still in testing. If your platform is not listed, send its name from the support page and the team will review what its API allows.
When I first connect, do I get historical data?
Yes. After you connect an integration, a one-time 'Pull last 30 days' button fills your dashboard so it is not empty on the first day. After that, scheduled syncs keep your data current.
Can I connect more than one office or platform?
Yes. After your first connection you are prompted to add another, so companies with several offices or platforms can connect everything in one sitting and have all service types sync together.
How do I get help?
Send a message from the support page at /support. If you choose a system that is not yet supported when you sign up, a request is filed for a member of the team, and nothing is charged.
Data and access
How is data synced, and is it secure?
The connection uses encrypted API keys, never your password, and it only reads your data. Access is read only, and your software remains the source of truth, so nothing is ever written back or changed. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
How much load does The Worksite Daily put on my FieldRoutes account?
FieldRoutes data is pulled once a night. Your dashboard reads that stored copy throughout the day and never makes a live call to FieldRoutes. The weekly audit and the Pull now button are the only features that query FieldRoutes directly, and every request counts against a daily call cap set for each company. If part of a request comes back with an error, the request is narrowed down to find the one faulty record rather than retrying the whole request, and once the daily limit has been used, no further requests are made.
What do you keep about my customers?
The Worksite Daily keeps their names from your field software and no other personal details. A name is a first and last name, or a business name, so you can see who each job or callback was for. Their email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses and card details are never kept. Names stay inside your own account. They are never sent to the product's AI, including Wilfred, and never shown on a wall display. They never appear in emailed reports, PDFs or exports. Contacts from a CRM such as HubSpot are kept without names.
Do you store my customers' data?
The Worksite Daily caches the operational data needed for your dashboards and reports, scoped to your organization. Data is never sold, and access is isolated for each account.
Reports
What does the SOP upload do?
On either plan you can upload your standard operating procedures as PDF, Word, Excel or text files. The AI reads them, proposes KPI targets, and flags any tools your SOPs mention that you have not connected yet. Nothing is applied until you have reviewed and approved it.
How are KPIs and targets set?
You set weekly targets for jobs or stops, revenue and completion rate on the KPIs & Targets tab, or let the SOP upload suggest them. Your synced data is then scored against those targets, which gives a single measure of how the operation is performing.
Billing
What are the plans?
There are two plans. One System covers a single connected system and every report except the AI Weekly Audit. Unlimited covers every system you run and adds the AI Weekly Audit and the Data Explorer. Your current plan is shown on the Billing page in your dashboard. Questions about plans before you sign up can be sent from the support page at /support.
