About The Worksite Daily

The Worksite Daily is an operations reporting service for home service companies, built and operated by 240 Operations LLC, an Arizona company.

Company

240 Operations works with pest control, HVAC, roofing and plumbing companies that run several crews and rely on field service software to manage the day. The Worksite Daily turns that software's records into a short report the owner can read before the crews leave.

The service is designed for owners and operations managers who are not analysts and do not have time to build reports themselves.

Wilfred

Wilfred is the assistant who prepares each report. Overnight he reads the company's connected systems with read-only access, compares the previous day with the company's own baseline and writes a plain-English summary, which he sends on the schedule each company sets. Owners can reply to any report with a question, and Wilfred answers in the same thread.

Wilfred reports what happened. He does not take action in a company's systems or contact its customers.

Principles

Read only

Every connection is read only, and the customer's software remains the source of truth.

Owner decides

The report describes the day and highlights exceptions. Every decision stays with the owner.

Plain language

Reports are written in full sentences that a dispatcher or office manager can read without training.
